The Web Content report falls under the Behaviour tab and gives you a detailed snapshot of your customers behaviour on your website before they call.
The first bar graph gives data on the number of pages that your customers are visiting on your website before they call. Build some great insights to how well your website landing pages are converting by discovering how many pages your customers navigate through. Is your content engaging enough to generate a call directly from your landing pages? Do you have the necessary call to actions on these pages?
The Pie graph gives you a split of the Devices that made the search enquiry or session, that drove the phone call. You may find that your Google Analytics data is showing that Desktop searches are up, however you may find that it is Mobile searches that are driving the majority of phone conversions into your business.
The table at the bottom shows the Top Converting pages on your website. Gain additional insight into the pages that are driving your phone calls. By understanding the pages that are driving phone calls to your business, you can optimise how you drive Search behaviour to your website and focus on the pages that are driving conversions.
