The Call Duration report helps understand your callers behaviour and how effectively you're handling inbound calls.
The chart breaks down the calls received by duration, highlighting calls under 30, 60 and 120 seconds. Calls under 30 seconds might have been abandoned by the caller or mishandled by the business.
The call duration overview on the right will show you the average call duration and proportion of calls which are less than 30 seconds, allowing you to check and identify any potential problems quickly.
The table at the bottom allows you view raw figures and click into the specific duration ranges to isolate those calls and listen to the recordings.
