The Call Duration report helps understand your callers behaviour and how effectively you're handling inbound calls.
The chart breaks down answered calls by duration, highlighting calls under 30, 60 and 120 seconds. Calls under 30 seconds might have been abandoned by the caller or mishandled by the business.
You can click on the duration category to view those calls in the call log.
The call duration overview on the right will show you the average call duration, average time to answer and proportion of answered calls which are less than 60 seconds, allowing you to check and identify any potential problems quickly.
