The Missed Calls report gives you a detailed and visual representation of when you are missing your phone calls.
There are 4 key views: Call by Day, Call by Hour, Call by day of the week and Total Missed Calls.
Each of these views gives you an idea of how your business is handling your calls and what can be improved based on specific days of the week or particular hours.
You may find that on Monday between Noon and 1pm you are missing a large volume of calls. This may coincide with your receptionist taking a lunch break, which is the same time that people are trying to call your business in their own lunch break.
