The Calls report is the main report where you can see detailed information on individual callers.
The default fields are:
Date: The date and time of the call
Source: This is the individual tracking number or if you have multiple numbers assigned to a Source for dynamic tracking, they will be grouped together i.e. Google Adwords
Calling Number: The phone number of the customer calling your business
Location: The location of the caller if they are dialling from a landline. If calling from a mobile device, Mobile will be displayed.
Duration: The duration of the call in MM:SS
Score: Score the calls using the built in Star Rating system
Qualified: Pre Qualify calls based on certain criteria on the call e.g. a new caller that has a duration over 3mins is automatically defined as a Qualified Lead

By clicking into the (i) for the specific call, you can discover more information.
Here you can listen and download the call recording as well as add notes to the call.
If the caller dialled in on an dynamic number on your website, you will also have the Attribution information available to discover where your phone leads are coming from and attribute conversions back to the correct digital advertising channel.
Source: The Web Source of the callers website session i.e. Google, Bing etc
Medium: The Web Medium e.g. cpc, organic, referral, direct
Keyword: The keyword(s) the caller searched for in the search engine that triggered the ad.
Match Type: The match type for the type of ad e.g. e for exact match, b for broad match and p for phrase match
Device: The device the caller was using to search for you business e.g. m for mobile, c for computer or desktop and t for tablet
Campaign: The campaign of the session
Landing: The page the user landed on when they visited your website
Conversion: The page the user was on when they initiated the call on your website
