SMS 2 Email allows you to forward inbound SMS replies to your email inbox, as well as reply, without needing to log into the dashboard.
Note: If you have set up a mobile number on your account, SMS 2 Email is be configured as part of the setup process.
If you would like to see which email address is configured and/or change the forwarding address, please follow the below:
- Navigate to Numbers.
- Click on the mobile number you would like to check and/or change.
- Click on SMS/MMS Routing in the number configuration menu
- You will find all configured email addresses shown under Email. You can update the email address or click the + icon to add another.
- Click Save.
