Before you order numbers, you will need to create an account for the tracking numbers to sit in.
Accounts provide an easy way to separate call tracking numbers and reporting into their own structure - for example, if you're a digital marketing agency, you can use this to separate your clients; if you're a franchise, you can use this to separate your stores or store locations.
You can create an account by following the below steps:
- Click the add button in the top menu and select Add Account.
- Enter the name of your new account
- Select the account plan. To find out more about the account plans, inclusions and pricing, click on "read more about account plans" on the left hand info pane.
- Select the country your account is for and select a time zone (if applicable) for reporting.
- Click Create
Once the account has been created, you'll be shown suggestions of next steps - for example, the option of ordering new tracking numbers for that account.
