Before you order numbers, you will need to create an account for the tracking numbers to sit in.
Accounts provide an easy way to separate call tracking numbers and reporting into their own structure - for example, if you're a digital marketing agency, you can use this to separate your clients; if you're a franchise, you can use this to separate your stores or store locations.
You can create an account by following the below steps:
- Click the add button in the top menu and select Create New Account.
- Enter the name of your new account
- Select the account plan.
- Select the country your account is for and select a time zone (if applicable) for reporting.
- Enter the domain website for Dynamic Number Insertion
- Click Create
Once the account has been created, you'll be shown suggestions for the next steps - for example, the option of ordering new tracking numbers for that account.
The account selector is at the top and is how you filter the dashboard data and report.
To change account details, select the account then click the settings icon.
