The WildJar Dashboard gives you quick stats on your account and provides an overview of the top sources generating calls.
Total Calls: The total number of calls into your business
New Callers: How many of the Total Calls are New Callers and haven't called your business in the last 3 months
Missed Calls: How many of these calls were missed by the business, either through the caller Abandoning the call, receiving a Busy tone or being diverted to a Voicemail.
Average Duration: The average call duration.
Web Traffic: Calls coming from the Website.
Voicemails: Calls that went to voicemails.
Average Score: For scored calls only.
Filter the dashboard by using the date range picker and using the easy options such as Last 7 Days, This Month, or creating your own Custom Date Range.
Or easily filter calls by source, answered, missed, abandoned, or duration.
The hourly call data helps you know your peak business hours, and details about the number of Answered, Missed, and Abandoned calls.
Click on the Group By button to show the dashboard table per Source, per Account, or Answer Point number and see which are generating the most Calls - along with their individual stats.
