Why I cannot hear the Call Whisper?
Answer
The "Call Whisper" is a short audio message that will play on the recipient's side before a call is connected - the person calling in will not hear this audio or know that this will have been played as it's solely played to the person receiving the call.
If there is an automated answering service or greeting associated with a destination number, this may interfere with hearing the whisper message. Since the whisper message plays as soon as a call is connected, despite not being connected to a representative, these setups on a destination number will interfere with whisper message settings.
