The Web Phone can be enabled for WildJar users and allows your team to make outbound calls from the WildJar dashboard, using the microphone and speaker of your computer, without requiring any additional equipment.
To enable the web phone for your users, you can follow the below steps:
- Go to Administration (⌘) in the top right and select "Users".
- Click the user's email, then enable the Web Phone on the right hand side and Save.
Note: You can only enable the web phone on already active users. If you need to create a new user with the web phone, please create the user first, then enable the web phone.
- Once enabled and the user logs out and back in, the Web Phone will appear for users to make outbound calls.
