If you're an agency, managing call tracking for multiple clients, business entities or franchise locations, the Monthly Summary report allows you to understand the spend of each account individually for the last five calendar months. This breakdown is helpful for on-billing to your clients, applying markups as well as understanding and accounting for spend.
If you have admin and/or billing access to the WildJar dashboard, you can find the Monthly Summary by navigating to ⌘ (Administration) > Monthly Summary.
When is the report available?
As WildJar is billed in-arrears, invoicing is run on the first business day of each month, covering usage for the previous month. For example, January’s technology subscription and usage are invoiced on the first business day of February.
The Monthly Summary report is then generated after your invoice has been issued, generally by the second business day of the month.
What is included in the report?
The report will give you a breakdown of the volume and cost of tracking numbers, calls, call intelligence usage and SMS by account and sub-accounts, if applicable. As the technology subscription is applied at the billing client level, it isn’t shown in the breakdown.
You can export the Monthly Summary to a CSV by clicking Export below the table.
