You can customise the appearance of the dashboard to match your branding by enabling white label on your account.
Please select the version of the dashboard you are using:
New portal (app.wildjar.com)
To access the customisation and branding settings, click on the administration icon (⌘) in the top right hand corner of the dashboard and select White Label.
Select the tab for
Select the tab according to what you'd like to set up white labelling for:
- Dashboard - customise the appearance of the WildJar dashboard to use your branding and colours
- Emails - customise the appearance of WildJar emails, including call alerts and notifications, password resets, user invites and scheduled reports.
- SMTP (coming soon) - send emails from your own email platform or SMTP server.
Dashboard customisation
Configure the the dashboard URL, branding, logos and colours you would like to show your customers.
The available configuration options are below:
| Field Name | Description |
| Domain | The subdomain users will visit to access your white-labelled portal. |
| Title | The name of your portal or brand. |
| Logo | A link to the logo to be shown in the dashboard. |
| Login Logo | A link to the logo to be shown on the dashboard login page. |
| Icon | A link to the favicon to be shown in the browser. |
| Support Page | A link to your support site or contact us page. |
| Terms & Conditions | A link to your terms and conditions or contact page. |
| Colours (Optional) | Select the branding colours to be applied to your portal. |
| CSS File URL (Optional) | A link to a custom CSS. You can leave this blank to use the WildJar default style. |
| Custom CSS (Optional) | Add custom inline CSS to apply custom branding. You can leave this blank to use the default style. |
Once completed, click Save.
You will then be shown the CNAME record which will need to be added to your DNS server.
Example record:
subdomain.example.com CNAME app.trkcall.com
Once the DNS record has been added, you will be able to use your subdomain to access to your white-label portal.
Email customisation
Select the item you wish to customise from the list on the left hand side:
- Call Notification - answered, abandoned and missed call notification template
- Scheduled Reports - the scheduled email report template
- SMS 2 Email - the email template used when you receive an SMS to a mobile tracking number
- User Forgot Password - the email template used when you or a user resets a password
- User Invite - the email template used when you invite a new user to your white label portal
You can click Preview to preview the changes before saving.
Once you're happy with the configuration, click Save to apply the branding.
Congratulations, your email alerts will be now be white labelled! 🎉
Legacy portal (portal.wildjar.com)
Please follow the below steps to set up white labelling:
- Click on the administration icon (⌘) in the top right hand corner of the dashboard and select Customisation
- Select your main account and click DASHBOARD

Configure the fields as required, the relevant fields are as follows:
Field Name Description domain The subdomain for your white-labelled portal. title The name of your portal or brand. logo A link to the logo to be shown in the dashboard. icon A link to the favicon to be shown in the browser. login A link to the logo to be shown on the dashboard login page. support A link to your support site or contact us page. css A link to a custom CSS (optional). You can leave this as is to use the WildJar default style. tcs A link to your terms and conditions or contact page. - Click Preview and then Save

We will show you the CNAME record which needs to be added to your DNS server.
Example record:subdomain.example.com CNAME app.trkcall.com
- Once the DNS record has been added, you will be able to use your subdomain to access to your white-label portal. Please note: it may take up to 30 seconds on first visit, as we need to generate the security certificate for your branded portal.
