The WildJar Podium integration allows you to view caller details directly in your Podium inbox, listen to call recordings, trigger SMS notifications, and have visibility on all your leads in one place as well as trigger Podium automations based on call outcomes.
Automatically merge and match WildJar call data in Podium to an existing record to have full visibility on your customers online and offline interactions with your business.
Prerequisites
- You must have reports + configuration access or above
Account structure
- One WildJar account connects to one Podium location
- Choose to integrate all numbers or selected numbers within your WildJar account
How to set up
- Log into your Podium account
- Find WildJar on the Podium Marketplace (click here to go to the WIldJar integration in the Podium Marketplace)
- Click Connect
- Select the Podium location you would like to connect with your WildJar account
- Follow the instructions to grant access to the data and choose which numbers/accounts to integrate
- Click Finish
- Select the Podium automations you'd like to use with WildJar
- Click Activate
