The Web Phone can be enabled for WildJar users and allows your team to make outbound calls from the WildJar dashboard, using the microphone and speaker of your computer, without requiring any additional equipment.
To enable the web phone for your users, you can follow the below steps:
- Go to ⌘ (Administration) in the top right and select Users

Select the user you want to enable the web phone for and toggle Web Phone to enabled.
Note: You can only enable the web phone on already active users. If you need to create a new user with the web phone, please create the user first, then enable the web phone.
- Ask the user to log out and back in
- On the next login, they will see the web phone icon appear on the right hand side of the portal
- Click it to expand the web phone keypad and make outbound calls
