Our Sales Attribution power up is the fastest and easiest way to link call revenue to marketing activity
Easily understand which campaigns are driving your most valuable calls. base optimisation decisions on outcomes and profit rather than call volumes alone.
- Click Power Ups in the side menu
- Under Sales Attribution, click Configure
- Select the account you would like to match the data to (you can include multiple accounts/sub accounts if you are applying to multiple locations) and click Configure
- Upload your CSV data (make sure to include phone number, date and time and also revenue if you wish to include revenue tracking)
- Map the correct columns and hit Next!
Our Sales Attribution engine brings ROI analysis back into the hands of the marketer. There’s no need to rely on data from other departments, or on additional IT support.
All you have to do is upload a CSV sales report. Then our Sales Attribution algorithm matches the sales data to the call, showing which marketing activity has generated revenue.
Once the report is generated, all the data will be removed from our platform for privacy and security.
