WildJar's AutoPlay integration gives automotive dealerships the ability to push phone calls and data into your AutoPlay account at the end of each call, including the call recordings.
Prerequisites
You will need to contact AutoPlay to obtain the below details in order to configure the WildJar + AutoPlay integration:
- Dealership ID
- Yard ID
- Lead Source
Getting Started
To enable AutoPlay integration, follow the below steps:
- Click Integrations in the side menu
- Under AutoPlay, click Configure
- Select the number from the Tracking Numbers list that you want to integrate into AutoPlay. If a number is already enabled, it will show a tick icon next to it.
- The configuration for the tracking number will show on the right hand side of the number list.
- Complete the details as as necessary.
The Lead Title and Lead Notes fields also allow you to include WildJar variables, which dynamically insert call data when pushing into AutoPlay. Click Placeholders to insert WildJar call data.
- Click Save.
Congratulations, calls to this tracking number will now be pushed through to AutoPlay! 🎉
