Please follow the below steps to set up SMS Follow Up:
- Select Power Ups from the sidebar.
- Under SMS Follow Up, click Configure
- Select the account you would like to configure SMS Follow Up for.
- If you already have a mobile tracking number on your account, skip to step 5. If not, you will be prompted to quickly create a mobile tracking number.
- Select the virtual mobile service you wish to send the automated SMS from:
- Select which call statuses you would like an SMS Follow Up to be sent for:
- Insert the text you wish to be sent for answered calls and/or missed calls.
- Click the toggle switches to on for each service you wish to send an SMS Follow Up for.
If you would like to override the default sender, click the cog icon next to the toggle and select a different mobile number from the drop-down.
- Click Save
Please note: SMS Follow Up is an additional extra. This service incurs an additional cost (per SMS) which will be added to your monthly invoice.
