AI Lead Agent: Qualify leads, identify conversions and highlight your best leads

Prerequisites

• WildJar AI must be enabled for all numbers you would like to enable the AI Lead Agent on.

Configuring AI Lead Tags

1. Select AI from the sidebar.
2. Select the account you would like to configure WildJar AI on.
3. Under the AI Lead Agent tile, switch the toggle on to activate the lead agent.
   
   
    
4. To customise the setup, click Configure
5. If you want to change the numbers the AI Lead Agent is activated on, select either Apply to all Tracking Numbers (default) or Select Tracking Numbers.
   
   
    
6. If you would like to customise the tags applied, tag names or tag colour, update these in the Lead Tags tile.
   
   

Best practice

If you are filtering your Google Ads integration by AI Lead Agent tags, we also recommend integrating with GA4 and importing all calls into Google Ads and configuring it as a secondary conversion action. This allows you to optimise your campaigns to your best leads, while also allowing you to measure accurate Cost Per Lead (CPL) across all Google Ads calls.
