Prerequisites
- Call recording must be enabled in the call flow for WildJar AI to work.
Setting Up WildJar AI Call Intelligence
- Select AI from the sidebar.
- Select the account you would like to configure WildJar AI on.
- Toggle on Activate AI for this account
- Select if you'd like to apply AI to all numbers or selected numbers.
Please note, call recording must be enabled for call transcription and spotlight to work.
If you choose Select Tracking Numbers, toggle on the numbers you wish to activate AI on.
- Click Save

Under the Call Summary section, you will see the summary of the call:
Under the More Info section, you can view the full transcript, sentiment, and breakdown of speaking times/silence:
- Click Open Transcript Details to view the full text of the transcript
